City of Greeley Transit Services Vision Statement To enhance the quality of life by providing safe, reliable public transit and commuter choices while expanding accessibility and mobility, based on community support.
The 34-Xpress is a commuter-oriented bus route that runs between Greeley and Loveland along the US 34 corridor. 34-Xpress is sponsored by the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization (NFRMPO) through a combination of local, state and federal resources.

Stops on the east end will include The Greeley Mall, Aims Community College, Summit View Medical Commons and Promontory Circle with stops at State Farm and Swift. Stops on the west end will include the Promenade Shops, Centerra Parkway, The Medical Center of the Rockies and the East Loveland Transfer Center inlcuding the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, the Loveland Visitors Center and the Outlet Malls.
The 34-Xpress runs Monday through Saturday from the East Loveland Transfer Center @ The Loveland Visitors Center to the South Greeley Transfer Center @ The Greeley Mall. On weekdays, westbound service will start at the South Greeley Transfer Center at 6:08 a.m. and end at 7:08 p.m.; eastbound service will start at the East Loveland Transfer Center at 7:15 a.m. and end at 6:15 p.m. On Saturdays, westbound service will start at the South Greeley Transfer Center at 9:08 a.m. and end at 7:08 p.m.; eastbound service will start at the East Loveland Transfer Center at 10:15 a.m. and end at 6:15 p.m.

Paratransit Service
Greeley-Evans Transit provides a origin-to-destination service for persons who qualify as defined by the Americans with Disabilities act of 1992 and those is 60 and older.
To quailfy, a Paratransit application must be completed. This form is available by visiting the Greeley-Evans Transit office at 1200 A Street, calling Greeley-Evans Transit at 970-350-9290 or following this link.

To schedule a ride call 970-350-9290 (voice/TDD). Scheduling hours are 8-4 M-F and 8-3 Saturday.

Paratransit Information:
- Service animals are allowed to accompany riders
- A personal care attendant may travel with a Paratransit rider who is unable to travel alone
- Eligible riders may travel with a guest. Let the dispatcher know if a guest will be accompanying you. The fare for a guest is the same as for the ADA eligible rider.
- Riders are allowed to carry up to 3 packages weighing no more than 10 pounds each.
Evening Demand Response Service - This origin-to-destination service is available to the general public after normal fixed route and Paratransit hours end.

Sunday Call-N-Ride Service - This origin-to-destination bus service is available to the general public from 7:45 am-1:45 pm on SUNDAYS. However, trips must be scheduled IN ADVANCE by noon each Friday. To schedule a ride call 970-350-9287. The dispatch office is closed on Sundays.
Late Trips Greeley-Evans Transit makes every effort to operate according to the schedule and routing as advertised. However, occasionally there are circumstances such as construction projects, traffic congestion, weather, passenger assistance and others that prevent GET from maintaining the schedules. In no event shall Greeley-Evans Transit be held liable for late operation or disruptions of service. |
Fixed Routes
Greeley-Evans Transit has a fixed route service providing transportation from bus stop to bus stop in Greeley and Evans. Six routes provide connections to schools, shopping centers, Greeley Mall, downtown business district, recreation and senior centers, medical centers, and major employers. UNC Boomerang Shuttle
The Boomerang Route serves the University of Northern Colorado community during fall and spring semesters, while classes are in session. Bus service runs Monday-Friday. For current times, check signs posted at the Candelaria Hall and Gunter Hall bus stops, or download the schedules below:
The Boomerang is free for all UNC students, faculty and staff. UNC students may also ride Greeley-Evans Transit anywhere it goes in Greeley and Evans, free of charge! (UNC ID cards must be shown).
All buses are equipped with bicycle racks. They're quick and easy to use. There's no charge to bring your bike and go!
Holidays Fixed route and Paratransit service is not available on Sundays and the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. For exact holiday dates, call the Transit Office (970-350-9287)
Special Events - Parking shuttle services are provided for many community events. Fares are generally $1.00 for a roundtrip. Events which generally will have services are:

Greeley-Evans Transit (GET)Identification Card
This card enables seniors and individuals with disabilities to take advantage of discounted fares. These cards may be obtained at The Greeley-Evans Transit office (1200 A Street) weekdays from 8-4. Senior citizens should bring proof of birth date and a photo I.D. Individuals with disabilities should bring a physician's certificate or a Medicare Card as proof of medical condition or disability, and a photo I.D.
Lost and Found
For information about items left on transit vehicles, call Greeley-Evans Transit at 970-350-9287 (Voice/TDD). Found items of value are taken to the Greeley Police Department; all other items are placed in lost and found and may be claimed at the Greeley-Evans Transit office, 1200 A Street, Greeley. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after a reasonable period of time. Greeley-Evans Transit is not responsible for items left on transit vehicles. |
